We want to thank our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders for their continued support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Communication is key in these unprecedented times and we want to provide an update on our response to this challenging situation. Our top priority remains the health, safety and well-being of Littelfuse associates, their families and our communities. We are complying with all local, state, and federal government requirements to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

We continue to closely and actively monitor the situation and are taking preventative measures to help mitigate the impact from the outbreak. We have restricted travel, canceled in-person meetings and tradeshow participation, restricted visitors, and enhanced the cleaning and disinfection procedures at our sites. We have implemented remote working policies where possible and where our associates are required to be on site, we are complying with social distancing requirements (at least 6 feet) to the greatest degree possible.

In accordance with government guidance in locations where we operate, we are continuing our operations (including manufacturing) as products we manufacture play a critical role in the supply chain of essential businesses across the transportation, medical/healthcare, electronics, and industrial end markets we serve.

Like many of our customers and suppliers, we are experiencing varying levels of disruption across our global manufacturing footprint as governments work to limit the spread of the virus through shelter-in-place and state-of-emergency orders. While this is a rapidly changing situation, our global teams are actively executing contingency plans to assure the health and safety of our associates, limit supply chain disruptions, and serve our customers. Following is a brief status update on our key manufacturing locations:

China:
Following the Lunar New Year holiday at the end of January, our manufacturing operations in China were on an extended, government-mandated shutdown. Our China operations resumed production in early February and are now operating at normal levels.

Germany:
Our operations in Lampertheim, Germany, are operating at relatively normal levels.

Italy:
Our manufacturing operations in Legnago, Italy, are operating at reduced levels.

Lithuania:
Our operations in Kaunas, Lithuania, are on shutdown until April 26.

Mexico:
In accordance with government directives and in order to assure social distancing in our manufacturing facilities, our operations in Mexico are operating at reduced levels. These restrictions are in place until the end of May.

Philippines:
The Philippines government issued shutdown orders until the end of April, impacting our manufacturing facility as well as a number of our subcontractors. However, we have been approved to operate at reduced levels to address critical customer requests.

United Kingdom:
Our operations in Chippenham, England, are operating at relatively normal levels.

United States:
In compliance with various shelter-in-place orders, wherever possible, many of our U.S. sites have implemented remote working policies. Our manufacturing sites remain operational to meet critical market sector needs.
